King’s College Hospital is located within the Dubai Hills Estate next to the Al Khail Road exit and entrance. This is a new British medical center that opened in 2019. The hospital is a large 100-bed facility with a surgical department specialized in orthopedic pediatrics. There is also Mediclinic ParkView Hospital located on Umm Suqeim Street, Al Zahra Hospital and Saudi Arabia Hospital in Al Barsha. In the surrounding area, one can also find several branches of Aster Clinic as well as many large pharmacies.
Schools and Universities
British education institutions are located just 10 minutes from Dubai Hills Estate, offering learning programmes from Foundation Stage (FS1) to A / AS-Levels. Other nearby schools follow the IB and US curricula from preschool to grade 12.
